Google Defines 'Kawaii' as;
Japanese for „cute“. This word is often used in anime. Often even as a single word (Kawaii!!).

Since the 1970s, cuteness|可愛さ|kawaisa has become a prominent aspect of Japanese popular culture, entertainment, clothing, food and toys.
